Medical records for the starved boy found in the trash bin almost certainly exist — yet his real name is unknown. The child had a surgical scar on his abdomen, indicating he had received medical care.A maintenance man found the Hispanic boy's body in a bin at the Willow Creek Apartments at 7575 Office City Drive near the Gulf Freeway and South Loop on the rainy morning of March 13, 2003.The severely malnourished boy weighed 21 pounds, but doctors who looked at his teeth estimated he was 4 or 5 years old because his rear molars had developed. He was wearing only a dirty diaper and had been hidden inside a plaid woven bag with a zipper. Aside from the emaciation, his body showed no signs of abuse.
